Bio: Born in small town, USA. Did my Ph.D in semi-small town, Wisconsin with Paula Traktman, where I discovered that viruses are amazing. Moved to smaller town, Switzerland to do a postdoc with Ari Helenius, the ‘father’ of virus cell biology. Now I’m running my own group in Very Big City, United Kingdom.
